Refund policy

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order but if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days for a full replacement or a full refund.

We will only cover the cost of the postage if the item is damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return so it is advisable to obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order you must return the goods at your cost in good/unused condition, the value of the goods will be refunded.

Please ensure you enclose the invoice or your name and address with a reason for returning.

Please note Biological Controls and Nematodes are live material and cannot be returned.
