Enviromesh® Insect Netting

from £14.99
Tax included.

The original, fine insect netting for protecting fruit and vegetables against pests.

Covering fruit and vegetable crops with Enviromesh® enables you to grow healthy fruit and vegetables free from insect damage.
This insect netting protects against carrot fly, cabbage root fly, caterpillars, birds, rabbits, wind and hail.

Enviromesh® protects against a wide range of pests including cabbage root fly, carrot fly, cabbage white butterfly, pea moth, leek moth, cutworm, onion fly, leaf miners and many species of aphids. It will also help keep off birds, rabbits, wind and hail whilst providing a small amount of protection from frost.

If you have flea beetle or white fly you may need Enviromesh Ultrafine® as the mesh size is finer.

If selecting by the metre, enter length required in the quantity box.

The netting will come as one continuous length.

Crops can be covered all the year round, from planting right up until harvest.
If you are growing fruit and the crop depends on pollination from bees, make sure to lift the netting during flowering.

Enviromesh® is light enough to be laid directly over crops but also works perfectly over any garden structure such as hoops and fruit or vegetable frames.
NB: If you are laying the netting directly over the crop, you must allow enough slack for the growth of the crop.
Once the mesh has been laid over, bury the edges, ensuring there are no gaps and secure using netting pegs and clips or stones.
